3 | Search for the template which should be modified |

4 | In the results table, locate the template and click on Action > Edit | ![]() |
5 | A dialog will appear displaying the details of the template including: classification, description, subject, body, header and footer. | |
6 | Proceed with modifying the information. Note that info should be provided in all available languages. |

7 | Where the information of the template is parameterized (filled in dynamically during run-time), use the ‘Template variables’ at the end of the formatting toolbar by clicking on it and selecting the corresponding variable. |

8 | If the required variable/parameter is not in the list, please contact us so that a developer adds the required variable. | |
9 | Click the “Save” button. | |
