(2023 – Q1) General – Multi-factor authentication (MFA)

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) strengthens security by requiring that users provide at least two pieces of evidence, or authentication factors, to prove their identity. By requiring multiple authentication factors, MFA provides a higher level of assurance about the user’s identity. Even if one of the factors has been compromised, the chances that all of the factors have been compromised are low.

This feature is not enabled by default.  The client needs to discuss with his PM.

(2025 – Q1) Review - Committee Summary

From the Review Space > Grants > Dashboard, select an application in Review Meeting (Round type) stage. The summary is available in Review Finalization and Plenary Session tasks.

This option has to be enabled initially by eVision.  The cloning will take care of this feature for the future committees cloned from a committee with this feature enabled.

If files are tied, they will have the same rank. The rank may be re-discussed at the review finalization.

For Program Manager

The Program Manager can see all applications of the committee.

Final Score takes care of the plenary score if it is set otherwise it takes Average score from the reviews.

Global Rank is set on Final Score.

Small triangle is to highlight the current application.

Red wave under Final score is to highlight there is a revised score from plenary (different from the Average score).

For Reviewer

The Reviewer can see assigned applications of the committee.
