System opens the "Recover Your Password" page

  • Applicant completes the Email/Username field with the same credentials used when registering to the system

 

3System validates credentials and generates success message
4Applicant navigates to their email account and selects recovery email, selects link inside

 System brings applicant to Recover Your Password Screen

  • Applicant completes Password, and Password(Confirm) fields, selects Recover Your Password
6System updates password and brings applicant to Log-In screen
