Go to the Administration> CRM> Organization menu

Search among the criteria offered

 
3Select the organization where to create a contact
4Go to the Contacts tab and click the button to add a contact
5A pop-up opens. Enter an email address and validate

When validating the email, if this contact exists in the database,

  • additional questions appear under the contact name.
  • Complete the mandatory information and save

When validating the email, if this contact does not exist in the database,

  • the basic information page is displayed in order to complete the mandatory information.

  • In the Affiliations block, you must add the position within the affiliation.
    • Affiliations / actions modify / add a position / save

7When the system returns to the contact list screen, you will see that the new contact does not have a Synto account.
8YOU MUST STOP HERE if you don't want the email sent.

When you are ready to send the emails, you will have to CREATE the Synto accounts and it is at this step that the email will be sent: Actions / Create user account
