User skills expectations
The user should be familiar with Synto and have basic Knowledge of the projects' workflow. Since Knowage is used to analyze data from Synto, he/she should be able to find the data he/she is looking for since the objects' names in Knowage match or resemble their equivalent in Synto. The training provided here is only for Knowage, i.e. building reports using widgets to view data and how to export them. No background knowledge of Knowage is expected from the user.
